If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following, a representative from Bombers Bouncy's should immediately be consulted.

The Hirer will, during the period of the hiring, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, and safety from damage however slight of any sort, and the behaviour of all persons of all ages using the equipment whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children to ensure children under school age use the equipment separately to older children.

Maximum Age allowed to use this equipment is 16 years and under, failure to observe this limit at any time during the hire period will render the hirer liable for associated repair costs.

The Hirer shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that described in the hiring agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way, with the hirer ensuring that the following safety instructions are followed.

  • No Party Poppers, colour streamers or silly string should be taken, thrown or sprayed onto the equipment, these materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate Bombers Bouncy's in the event of damage
  • Do not allow anyone onto the equipment wearing shoes, spectacles, carrying sharp objects, key-rings, metal studded clothing or any other similar items which could cause damage to others or the equipment.
  • No food or drink is to be taken onto or consumed on the equipment.
  • No smoking near the inflatable.
  • Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls in dangerous and must not be allowed.
  • Avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time.  Some children require strict supervision.
  • Do not alow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron.  The step is there to help users get on and off.
  • Ensure that noone with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable.
  • Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.
  • In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off.  Any wetness, including bubbling can be dried with a towel.  A small picnic table placed over the blower, will help prevent rain water being sucked into the blower, and then into the inflatable.
  • The blower at the back has an internal automatic safety reset button.  In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, and then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart.  If it does not, inform us IMMEDIATELY.
  • Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
  • Do not move inflatable after set up, as this will invalidate the insurance.

The Hirer shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless he/she brings to the attention of Bombers Bouncy's when it is set up and checked by the hirer when coming into possession of the equipment any faults noted by the Hirer.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol.  Bombers Bouncy's excludes any liability for injury loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to the terms and conditions of this contract.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do so safely.  However, accidents can happen.  Bombers Bouncy's can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, however caused, in the absence of the negligence of Bombers Bouncy's or its employees.  As the equipment will be in the hirers possession and control whilst in use rather than Bombers Bouncy's, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the hirer.  Accordingly, it is strongly recommended that the hirer has adequate public liability insurance covering his or her liability arising from the use of the inflatable.
